Rod Snyder, President
Rod was raised in the sign industry, as his dad, Ed Snyder, founder of Snyder Signs, brought him to work at an early age. Rod purchased the company from his father in 1991. Through his leadership, Snyder Signs’ reputation for commitment to customer satisfaction has continued. Rod is an active member, and former President of World Sign Associates, a premier trade association whose members have represented some of the industry’s top sign manufacturers since 1947.

Randy Holland, Operations Manager
Randy has been the Operations Manager at Snyder Signs for 24 years. He has over 35 years of management experience. He has a BB.A with a major in Marketing from East Tennessee State University. Our Sales, Production, Service, Installation and Design departments all report to Randy.

John Scott, Production Manager
John began his career with Snyder Signs in 1970. He worked with Ed Snyder, the original owner of the company, and now he works alongside Randy Holland and Rod Snyder on each of the restaurant, hospital, and university projects, as well as all the other Snyder Signs custom sign projects. John knows the importance of deadlines and works hard to make sure those deadlines are met, and that our customers are pleased with their final product. He ensures the manufacturing of our products meets the customers' specifications, and that they receive their product on schedule.
Ted Tubbs, Senior Graphic Designer
Ted began his career with Snyder Signs in 1994. Ted has over 21 years of experience in computer-generated design and over 26 years of experience in graphic design. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, Ted also holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree. Ted has won numerous national awards for site design, including the Signs of the Times 2002 Electronic Sign Best Digital Display. Ted has assisted clients such as Mellow Mushroom with custom designs for each of their locations. At Snyder Signs--We Build Image!

Charity has been a part of the Snyder Signs' team since 2008. Charity serves as the Executive Assistant to Randy Holland, Operations Manager at Snyder Signs. Denise Hensley, Sales Associate
Denise has been with Snyder Signs since 1999. Denise's career with Snyder Signs has evolved from Office Manager to Customer Service Coordinator to Senior Sales Associate. Matt Marshall, Service Manager
Matt serves as Service Manager for Snyder Signs. Matt's experience ranges from sign installation to message unit setup and training. Matt is SPRAT certified.
Paul Isaacs, Installation Manager
Paul has been with Snyder Signs since 1981. Paul has a great work ethic and brings this to each project. He knows the importance of deadlines and is committed to customer satisfaction.
Chris Tipton, Graphics Manager
Chris serves as the manager of the Graphics Department. He joined the Snyder Signs team in 2003. Chris manages the printing, painting, routing, and interior ADA signage departments.

Debbie Scott, Office Manager
Debbie joined the Snyder Signs' team in 2000. She began her career in work order procurement and rapidly advanced to Office Manager. She has 30+ years of office management experience. Debbie handles the management of the company's accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax management, payroll and tax return preparation.

David Atchley, Customer Service Coordinator
David started at Snyder Signs in October 2012. He came to us after spending 30+ years in the financial sector. David coordinates our daily install and service schedules. He is also the first point of contact for incoming service and/or new sales calls.
