Rod was raised in the sign industry, as his dad, founder of Snyder Signs, brought him to work at an early age. Rod purchased the company from his father in 1991. Through his leadership, Snyder Signs’ reputation for commit-ment to customer satisfaction has continued. Rod is an active member of World Sign Associates, where he has served as President in the past years.

Randy Holland, Operations Manager
Randy has 18 years experience in the sign industry, over 30 years experience in management and customer service, and has a BBA with a major in Marketing. He has managed sign projects for national speedways, from Charlotte Motor Speedway to Las Vegas Motor Speedway, as well as large medical and educational facilities such as Wellmont Health System, Mountain States Health Alliance, and East Tennessee State University.

Ted has over 19 years of experience in computer-generated design and over 24 years of experience in graphic design. He also holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts. Ted has won numerous national awards for site design, including the Signs of the Times 2002 Electronic Sign Best Digital Display.
